To supply our main course we’ll be heading to Billingsgate fish market the day before the feast to ensure that we’ve got the freshest possible produce. We’ll buy what looks good on the day, which is why we’ve left the menu a little vague, but we’ll make sure there’s a good variety of fresh fish and seafood for you to feast upon.
